Who Am I & Why Should You Listen To Me?

At the same time, I was invited to work with a training seminar company where within the short span of 6 months, I generated more than half a million dollars in sales under 6 months.

This half a million dollars didn't all come from me speaking and selling on the stage. It didn't. Most of it came from a very small sales force that I created when I was working with the company, using my persuasive and communication skills. Let me explain...

When I first went for an interview to get a job in that training seminar company, it was in 2008, the year of the recession. And to top it off, most companies were actually firing their staff instead of hiring new people and so I was literally fighting against the odds.

At this moment most people would just settle for any job that would come their way, right? Well, not for me.

I Was "Forced" Not To Settle...

Everything that I had was on the line and I needed a high income job to stay afloat. Here's 2 reasons why...

One, I just quit my civil service job and I had to pay back $45,000 for the bond I broke, and...

Two, my first baby was coming...

Now, how was that for putting myself on the line?

To consider what was placed on the line literally drove me to tears before I sleep every night. I knew I had to pitch myself to get my new job in that training company. But just the thought of pitching and selling myself to the company's top management was nerve-wrecking...

I knew that in order to get the job, I needed to position myself as someone who can add value to the company, instead of being part of the expenses. So I knew I had to make bold promises. After thinking for countless nights, I came up with a bold promise - something that I knew have never been done before in that company, something that to be honest, I wasn't even sure if I could hit it.

But with everything on the line, I knew that was the exact promise I needed to make to guarantee myself a job in that company. And the promise was that I would make them half a million in sales within 6 months...

I knew this promise would work, but I needed the courage and charismatic to be able to convince myself and the board that it is an achievable goal.

Fortunately, I had gone through a lot of seminars and programs that gave me techniques and skills to allow me to trigger the charismatic state whenever I needed to.

Here's What I Did...

Using those exact techniques, I triggered a state of absolute charisma, convinced myself of my abilities, and I went for the interview where I pitched my sales target to the Executive Director, the CEO and the head of the Division, to convince them to give me the job.

Oh yes, before I forget... In fact, I didn't just convince them to give me a job. To reach that sales target,  I knew I couldn't do it alone. So I had to convince them to create a whole division of salespeople, allow me to head it and give me the resources to hire more staff.

All this may sound intimidating and overwhelming to you. After all, I had no prior sales experience so how can I make such a bold promise? To be totally honest with you, I didn't believe myself at first, but after accessing my state to experience total certainty and charismatic, I was in my 'zone'.

I delivered the pitch of my lifetime, won myself the job, and achieved the sales target that was never done before in that company.

I made it...

Well, I don't know about you but let me ask you some questions right now...
